hot days
In winter I thought summer would be great for Eyla. She would not have to freeze anymore and as an African dog she would love the sun. Well, now I know better, Eyla doesn´t like the heat at all. She still moves in the morning but after that she just lays there, doesn´t eat much, and sleeps and sleeps. So we go for walks in the morning while it is still cool and look for water everywhere. But even there she needs her breaks to cool down. Silly African dog!

Fit again to do a bit of running.
After some heavy running she just takes a break.
Eyla goes deeper in the water everytime. But only for a moment, to run back to the shore again. On my trial to get her into deeper by pulling her stick, she just let go of the stick suddenly. And before I realised, I was sitting in the Rhine!
She can look soooo innocent...
I have reached my limit of uploads soon. I hope I can still put some pictures on Eyla´s blog this month. Otherwise we have to wait till next month!
